John C. Thomas

President and CEO

John took over the role of President of Pinch A Penny from his father, Fred, in 1994. In 1998, he became CEO of the company. He holds a BS in Business from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Florida.

James P. Eisch

Executive VP and COO

James joined Pinch A Penny in 1992 as CFO and Executive VP. In 2001, he became COO. He is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. Prior to working with Pinch A Penny, James worked for KPMG Peat Marwick as an Audit Senior Manager.

Adam S. Heflin

Regional Manager, Franchise Development

In 2003, Adam joined Pinch A Penny as Franchise Development Manager, after seven years of retail experience. He holds an AA in Business and Mathematics from Florida State University.

Mike DelDuca

Resales/Real Estate, Franchise Development

Mike joined Pinch A Penny in 2006 as a Field Support Specialist. In 2014, he was promoted to Real Estate Manager where he manages the real estate needs for franchisees.

Troy Lindbeck

Director of Marketing

Troy joined Pinch A Penny in 2015 as Director of Marketing after spending five years as the Director of Marketing Programs for RaceTrac. He has previous experience in marketing at Dick’s Sporting Goods and the Golf Channel. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Business and Marketing.

Brian Andriese

Real Estate Manager

Brian joined Pinch A Penny initially in 2005 as the Real Estate Manager, briefly acting as Director of Real Estate for TMX Finance for a year, before returning to manage Real Estate for Pinch A Penny franchisees.

Kent D. Braden

Operations and Logistics Manager

Kent joined Pinch A Penny early on in 1987. He handles Operations and Logistics for franchises and helps new franchisees navigate new store openings.

Mitch Brauzer

Field Support Specialist of Concept Education/ Training

Mitch joined Pinch A Penny in 2007 as a Field Support Specialist after working in the pool industry for 18 years. Mitch owned a pool supply store for 10 years and also worked with SCP as a pool product distributor representative. He holds a number of credentials, including the State of Florida Swimming Pool/ Spa Contractors License and the National Swimming Pool Foundation CPO Instructor.

Kate Hiles

General Counsel

Kate joined Pinch A Penny in March 2017. Her duties include handling the legal aspects of the franchise operation as well as working with outside counsel on franchise and other corporate matters. Prior to joining Pinch A Penny she was counsel with HSN, Inc. and prior to that she was senior counsel with Kforce, Inc. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and her law degree from Catholic University in Washington D.C.
