Pinch A Penny Named Category Leader in Retail in the Top 200 Franchises

February 25, 2020

For the first time, Pinch A Penny has been named the category leader in retail for franchisee satisfaction in the Top 200 Franchises by Franchise Business Review. We are honored to have been in the top 10% since the Franchise Business Review survey started, and this recognition is even more exciting.

The leading market research firm in the franchise industry, Franchise Business Review surveyed over 28,000 franchisees from over 300 franchise brands to determine the best franchises of 2020 based on franchisee satisfaction.

Committed to bringing more transparency to the franchise industry, Franchise Business Review asked each participant 33 questions about franchisor leadership, training, and core values, as well as questions about their business lifestyle and how much they enjoyed operating their franchise.

We’re proud of this achievement, and it rings true to what we hear from our Franchise Owners. They love the support and expertise they receive before, during, and after they open. They enjoy being able to run a family-owned business in their communities, and the peace of mind that comes from partnering with a franchise with a proven system.

If you’re thinking about opening a franchise, the sheer number of franchise opportunities can be overwhelming. A key to making a smart decision is accurate, honest feedback from Franchise Business Review based on existing franchise owners’ experiences and how well the business meets their profitability, support, and work/life balance expectations.

With more than 250 locations across the Southeastern U.S. and Texas, we have developed a reputation for delivering best-in-class customer service and expertise, as well as great pool products and supplies.
